STUDENT PLAYERS - In order to successfully register online for the  6th, 7th, or 8th grade divisions, each team captain must:
  1. Fill out the Student Registration form below 
  2. Pay the team registration fee online via the PayPal link at the bottom of this page
Also, every student player MUST  fill out the permission slip and return it to the office. Click here for the permission slip.

NOTE: Registration will also be open to students in the UMS Quad Registration at lunch on January 13th, 14th, and 16th. You must register by January 21st!

​ADULT PLAYERS - In order to successfully register for the Adult division, the team captain must:
  1. Fill out the Adult Registration form below 
  2. Pay the team registration fee online via the PayPal link at the bottom of this page
