Sports Boosters

Sports Boosters actively raises money to cover the Athletics budget at UMS. Your contributions provide our UMS athletes with the best coaches, equipment, uniforms, and facilities. These expenses are not covered by our school district and, therefore, we need parent and community support. UMS has over 300 students participating in sports, such as basketball, cross country, field hockey, soccer, track & field, competitive cheerleading, wrestling, and volleyball. UMS alumni athletes have gone on to play intercollegiate sports at a 4 year college or university benefitting from their great start at our middle school! Your donations will go toward coaches’ stipends, uniforms, league fees, equipment, and referee fees.

Spirit Wear – You can share your school spirit by purchasing a variety of Union apparel. Watch for messages about Sports Boosters spirit wear clothing sale in the upcoming weeks.
Dodgeball Tournament – The Annual Dodgeball Tournament is an annual fundraiser that supports UMS Athletics & PE. Students, alumni, and parents can form teams of 6 and dress in themed costumes. There are prizes for the winning teams and costumes. Concessions are sold at the event. Mark your calendar for Friday, March 8! Shopping & Dining Out Take the night off cooking at a local restaurant or go shopping at local stores like Kendra Scott to raise money for UMS Athletics. Check out the website or ParentSquare updates.
Bid & Boogie Auction – In previous years, Sports Boosters has held an off-site, outdoor parent social and silent auction with dinner, drinks, a live band, and silent auction. We hope to bring back this fun event in the spring. UMS DODGEBALL 2024

After a two year hiatus, UMS Sports Boosters is thrilled to announce the return of the annual UMS Dodgeball Tournament on Friday, March 8, 2024. This fundraiser helps support UMS Athletics. Our goal is to raise money for sports and PE but most of all to create a fun event for the whole family!
