UMS Home and School Club is sponsoring a family-friendly blanketeering event with Project Linus and the Cupertino De Anza Lion Club. Families will join the event over Zoom at 10am on Saturday, February 26 and will be shown how to make fuzzy, cozy fleece blankets. The no-sew blankets that families make will be given to needy individuals in our community, including newborn babies, children in local hospitals and families in shelters. All ages are welcome, though elementary-age children will likely need some adult supervision. All materials will be provided. Space is limited, so sign up early.
